An exercise chart is a great way to track your progress and maintain your accountability for a long term program… especially on those days when victory seems so far away.
Today Begins the Journey! Day 1: 344.8 Pounds
All in all, I think it was a fairly successful start to the program. I enlisted my roomate to take before pictures (that I don’t really want to post but will do anyway) and Sam took my measurements. I’m SO GLAD I took a week to do prep – I’m all ready and clearly focused on what needs to happen. Here we go!
