A very rough week. A weigh in that made me cry. Week 3 was not the best week. Here’s to my do-over week 3 — may it be much much better.

Sam and I went on an impromptu date on Tuesday. I was sitting at my computer, trying to decide if I wanted to do my accounting homework when Sam, very cheerfully, says, “You want to go to a park?” I was so excited! I pictured a wonderful (healthy) picnic, and a sun-kissed nap as the sun was setting. After removing my workout tank and putting on a “public” tank and protecting my face with sunscreen, we were off.
I love iced tea. Black. Green. Sweetened with Splenda. Plain. Yum. My life changed the day I got a Capresso Water Kettle and I just had to share with you how much I love it.

What if I told you that instead of using positive affirmations such as “I love to eat carrot sticks! I love to eat carrot sticks!” when you are craving chocolate ooey goey brownies, you could tap on a few parts of your body, acknowledge the craving, and then POOF, the craving would be gone? I know it sounds a little odd. I know it sounds a little weird, very janky, and possibly even absurd… BUT… have you heard about the claims of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)??
Week 1 is now complete! Want to know my results?
